When laundered these sheets are stiff when taken out of washer.
When placed on mattress they do not hug the mattress. Would I be able to return same?

My mattress is 13.5 inches high and this sheet barely reaches to the bottom of it and so the corners do not stay tucked. What's more, the edges are frayed, with a long line of lose threads all around the elastic, and the elastic is weak enough that it does not stand a chance of keeping the sheet tucked even on a thinner mattress. This is not worth ordering or keeping.
